Bethany is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate (LPCA). As a counselor, her aim is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment where clients can experience hope, healing, and growth. She is dedicated to helping pre-teens, teenagers, and adults overcome areas of anxiety, depression, chronic stress, self-esteem, self-worth, life transitions, and adjustment difficulties. It is her hope to meet clients where they currently stand and help them achieve meaningful change, in spite of life’s many challenges!
Bethany’s approach to counseling is client-centered, and she has the ability to adapt her methods to align with he strengths and values of each individual. Bethany relies on several evidence-based strategies to help clients develop effective coping and problem-solving skills, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
Bethany is former teacher so she has the ability to connect with school aged children into adulthood; she is capable of understanding many different perspectives. Bethany identifies as Christian; she can incorporate this into therapy upon request. However, she is able to work with individuals from all walks of life.

Her goal is to help clients create a life of meaning, purpose, and joy no matter what they may be facing.
