Madison Scott is a certified Targeted Case Manager (TCM) for the state of Kentucky. She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Child and Family Psychology (2017), Madison has a wealth of experience in mental health, including roles in community mental health settings and psychiatric hospitals.

She provides TCM services for Medicaid clients in Kentucky (ages 10 and up) who may experience: Behavioral or emotional challenges at home or school, Severe mental health conditions, A mental health diagnosis not related to developmental challenges and/or Destructive behaviors that could lead to self-harm or harm to others.

Madison is passionate about empowering individuals and families to navigate challenges and advocate for their mental health. She works collaboratively to assess needs and develop personalized plans to: Advocate for mental health needs, Support therapists in building strategies for managing challenging behaviors and Help families navigate stress and frustrations
