Tonya Walker, LPCA

Tonya Walker is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) with experience in Targeted Case Management (TCM). She began her journey to become a mental health counselor in 2019 and has a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families.

Tonya is starting a new group! Tonya’s group for survivors of narcissistic abuse; titled “Reclaiming Yourself: A Psychoeducation Group for Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse” will begin in May of 2025. Tonya earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spalding University in 2019 and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in January 2024. Her professional background includes investigative case management with Child Protective Services at the Department of Community-Based Services, as well as serving as a Family Care Coordinator with the Kentucky Strengthening Ties and Empowering Parents Program. These roles have given her extensive experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and connecting individuals to essential community resources.

Beyond her clinical work, Tonya is dedicated to serving her community as a client advocate at a local resource center. She is committed to providing compassionate, non-judgmental support and advocating for those in need.
